This a great and simple way to let go of any emotion.
Think about something that bothers you.
And go through the following phrases out loud or in your head.
Could I let it go – just for now?
Would I let it go – just for now?
When will I let it go – now?
Let it go anyway – just for now!
Repeat the above process over and over on any feelings that come up, including any resistance to letting it go – until you’ve let go of whatever bothers you.
Some of the more simple looking things can be the most effective. Give it a go!
