New Pain Course. ‘Freedom From Pain – Today!’ Pain Relief

 

I’m very excited to say I have already finished shooting many of the modules for my long-awaited  ‘Freedom from Pain – Today’ video treatment, and I am close to wrapping it up!

It’s coming along nicely, so thank-you to all those those that have made positive suggestions as to its content on my blog and via email.

I have been overwhelmed (in a nice way!) with responses, but please keep those suggestions for content coming in because I’d really love to be able to help as many people as I can, in the best way I can!

So far, people have suggested a wide range of subjects from help with cluster headaches and migraines, neck tension, shoulder stiffness, back pain, lower back pain, case study examples to exploring possible psychological reasons behind physical problems.

The course is going to be approx 10 modules and will cover techniques such as TFT (Thought Field Therapy), Dr. Ronald Ruden’s Havening Techniques (Havening Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and is due for release Saturday May 2nd.

Some of you have asked if there is anything they can do now to get help with some pain you are suffering with. The answer of course is yes. I am happy to assist!

 

Let’s start off with a basic TFT algorithm

Follow along with these instructions then comment in the box below to let me know how you got on or if you have any specific questions.

1) Sit comfortably and ensure there are no distractions to your thoughts then tune into and think about one specific physical problem. For example, neck tension.

2) Consider where the problem is located and how exactly does it feel? What kind of sensation is it? How would you describe it? Is it an ache, pain, tension or stiffness?

3) If the problem had a colour, size and shape – what colour, size and shape would it be?

4) On a scale of 0 – 10, ten being the highest level – where do you rate your level of discomfort, the level of your problem right now as you think about it?

5) If there was a way to test the level of pain could you do that – without hurting or damaging yourself of course. For example if it was neck stiffness could you turn your head?

The points outlined below are tapped in the exact sequence as follows approximately 10 times unless indicated otherwise:

6) The side of the hand – the karate chop point. You can tap on either hand or even knock both hands together, it doesn’t matter

7) Under the nose

8) Middle of the chin

9) The back of the hand between the small and ring finger. This point is tapped approximately 50 times

10) Lastly comes the collarbone point. This point is located just below the collarbone in the soft indentations next to the top of breastbone

Next comes what is known as the ‘9 gamut’ procedure. This procedure helps balance the left right hemispheres of the brain and can help shift a stubborn problem

11) Look straight ahead and keep your head still

12) Close your eyes

13) Open you eyes

14) Look hard down to the left

15) Look hard down to the right

16) Roll your eyes slowly in a complete circle one way

17) Roll your eyes completely in the opposite direction

18) Hum just a few bars of any music – happy birthday or something for example

19) Count to five

20) Hum a few bars of music again

21) Stop tapping the back of teh hand spot and repeat the tapping sequence again

The whole thing should take less than 5 minutes

Now check into your specific problem. How does it feel? Has the colour, size or shape of it changed? Has the sensation of it changed? Has it even moved, changed location? This can happen, it’s as if the pain is trying to move out of the body. Just repeat the sequence.

Rate it once again on a scale of 0 -10

Has the pain/problem reduced? Maybe it’s even gone!

You apply the whole tapping sequence again followed by the 9 gamut followed by the tapping sequence again as often as needed until you are happy with the result.
