How to reduce anger, impatience and jealousy


You may have a lot of anger etc about different things, but for this process to be most effective I recommend you focus on one very specific issue at a time.

Perhaps a time when someone said or did something – chose one very specific feeling of anger, impatience or jealousy.


Tap the following points in sequence approximately 8 times each:

  • Side of hand (karate chop)
  • Under nose
  • Side of small finger nail (facing you)
  • Under collarbone (soft points next to breastbone)

Repeat the sequence over and over until the feeling has gone or has reduced to a comfortable level.
