Got a problem you want to let go of? Try the ‘Sedona method!

The Sedona method is a great and simple way to let go of any emotion. Think about something that bothers you. As you do so go through the following phrases out loud or in your head.

Could I let it go – just for now?

Would I let it go – just for now?

When will I let it go – now?

Let it go anyway – just for now!

Repeat the above process over and over on any feelings that come up, including any resistance to letting it go – until you’ve let go of whatever bothers you.

Some of the more simple looking things can be the most effective. Give it a go!
